Like many contractors, I used a variety of paper ledger and manual systems to keep track of job scheduling, resource allocation, and other key factors necessary to manage the business and forecast profits. Although the system worked, it was confusing and prone to human error because of the need to continually enter and re-enter information to keep it updated. Furthermore, in order to create reports for analysis, all information had to be compiled from each system in order to get a complete picture of the business.

Drawing on over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, I had the expertise and knowledge necessary to conceive the ideal information management system.
